General Manager - Regional Transport Product Development & Commercial

Responsibilities:

• Drive regional business development by expanding IL-Transport opportunities within existing customers and acquiring new accounts.
• Collaborate with Country BD, KAM, and GKAM teams to build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with growth targets.
• Support solution design and customer proposals, including cross-country collaboration for regional opportunities.
• Lead commercial structuring, including pricing strategies, contract terms, and risk assessment.
• Ensure governance and consistency in commercial frameworks, including review of deviations and value propositions.
• Establish and manage a pipeline dashboard to track pipeline value, win rate, conversion rate, and sales cycle.
• Monitor pipeline health and work with country teams to improve conversion and sales effectiveness.
• Drive revenue growth by tracking performance, managing customer retention, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and enhance IL-Transport products aligned with market trends, customer needs, and value-added services.
• Support key customer engagements, strategic bids, and management reporting with clear insights on pipeline, revenue, and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Logistics Commercial or Business Development with at least 7-8 years in a regional leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in transportation, and proven track record in BD and Commercial Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent in English (additional Asian languages a plus).
• Willingness to travel regionally (20–30%).
