AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead (Hands-on AI/ML)

• This role combines practical, build-and-deliver execution with solution architecture and technical leadership.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering AI use cases, guiding a growing AI engineering team, and supporting client engagements, while contributing to the evolution of our AI and software capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Solution Delivery (Primary Focus)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from proof-of-concept (POC) to production deployment
• Work hands-on with platforms and related AI technologies
• Translate business use cases into practical, implementable AI solutions
• Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and operational readiness

1. Solution Architecture

• Design AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems (e.g. OSS/BSS, system integrations)
• Evaluate architectural trade-offs and propose scalable, maintainable designs
• Contribute to the solution strategy and technical direction for AI initiatives

1. Technical Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and guide the AI team, particularly junior engineers
• Establish and reinforce best practices (e.g. CI/CD, code quality, delivery discipline)
• Provide hands-on mentorship while maintaining active involvement in delivery work

1. Presales & Client Engagement

• Support presales activities, including:
• Technical proposals
• Solution design discussions
• Demos and POCs
• Work closely with stakeholders to shape solutions aligned to client needs

1. Collaboration with Software Team (Future Scope)

• Collaborate with the software development team on integrated initiatives
• Contribute towards the long-term convergence of AI and Software capabilities
• Potential to oversee broader AI + Software team responsibilities as the role evolves

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on AI/ML solution development and deployment
• System architecture and enterprise solution design
• Strong programming and engineering capabilities (e.g. Python, APIs, system integration)
• Experience working with AI platforms, data pipelines, or enterprise systems
• Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on delivery with technical leadership responsibilities

• Execution-driven – able to deliver working solutions, not just concepts
• Hands-on leader – actively builds while leading the team
• Pragmatic architect – balances ideal design with real-world constraints
• Collaborative and adaptable – comfortable working in a fast-evolving AI environment
• This is a hands-on leadership role, not a purely managerial position
• Immediate focus is on AI delivery and team capability building
• The role is designed to grow into broader responsibilities, including potential oversight of combined AI and Software functions
