About the role

A Personal Assistant role supporting our Human Resource Recruitment firm during an exciting phase of expansion and continued growth and development.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
  • In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Directors
  • Support process improvement initiatives and administrative workflow enhancement
  • Ensure business operations are in line with Statutory regulations
  • Generate detailed reports and business data through various key platforms
  • Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
  • Attend to personal matters for Director and family
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
About you
  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency
  • Interested in technology, digitalisation and AI tools, with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and responsible
