Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling.
Oversee stock management — ordering, receiving, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
Monitor and analyse sales performance to achieve business targets.
Handle daily cash flow, accounting records, and monthly financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and hygiene standards.
Recruit, train, and motivate retail staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing or promotions.
Prepare regular business reports for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in grocery or supermarket operations.
Strong understanding of inventory control, cost management, and retail analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and retail POS systems.
Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
