Cyber Threat Hunter | Up to $9,000 + Bonus | Direct Contract + Convertible

Work Day & Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cyber threat hunting programmes
• Conduct threat hunting activities, including forming hypotheses, executing search queries, and documenting outcomes
• Oversee and collaborate on threat hunting efforts with asset owners and relevant security teams
• Examine system and network logs, as well as forensic data, to detect potential security threats
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
• Continuously monitor emerging cyber threats to enhance threat hunting capabilities
• Take part in cybersecurity drills and simulation exercises
• Offer cybersecurity guidance, including insights on threat vectors, risk evaluations, and mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Security or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in information security
