Leasing Advisor (Commercial Vehicles/Customer Service) | S$2,500 basic

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our commercial vehicle leasing operations team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience throughout their vehicle leasing and maintenance journey.

• Represent the organisation professionally with a positive, customer-first attitude
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information, advice, and solutions
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and proper follow-up
• Coordinate with internal teams, workshops, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Prepare quotations and raise work orders accurately and promptly
• Create and manage job orders for workshops and contractors
• Liaise with workshops and contractors on repair quality, cost, and timelines
• Monitor service and repair progress and update customers accordingly
• Maintain service schedules and coordinate vehicle collection with customers
• Conduct basic investigation into vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions within guidelines
• Escalate complex or urgent matters to supervisors when required
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Experience in customer service, administrative, or automotive support roles is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Maximo) is a plus
