Accounts Payable Executive (Maternity Cover) - Toa Payoh

Position Summary:

The Accounts Payable Executive (Maternity Cover) will be responsible for processing payroll payments for employees and contractors/crews, managing accounts for low-activity companies, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all financial processes during the maternity cover period.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Payment Processing:

• Prepare and process payroll payments.
• Extract and organize the TT (telegraphic transfer) supporting documents.
• Prepare cheques and facilitate bank-in process
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Responsible for the preparation and closing of monthly accounts for dormant and low-activity companies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the accuracy and timely reporting of financial information.
• Support tax filing requirement (SST,CIT)
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of external audits and tax filings.

• Assist in any other finance-related tasks as needed during the maternity cover period.

Key Requirements:

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in accounts payable or payroll processing
• Experience with accounting software Accpac Sage will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with basic accounting processes.
• Availability to start immediately is preferred.

This is a contract role from July 2025 - October 2025, maternity coverage.
