Our client is one of the leader in Logistics industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Operations Executive – Warehouse to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.
They are located in the West.
Responsibilities- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, stock transfers, space planning, and proper handling of goods.
- Manage delivery schedules and transport plans to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Liaise and negotiate with logistics vendors, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures, including equipment maintenance and staff safety protocols.
- Monitor logistics costs, analyze data for process improvements, and prepare performance reports.
- Lead and develop the team through regular reviews and training to ensure operational excellence.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Min Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in transportation planning, distribution, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and related systems.
