Working Days: 6 days per week (Rest day on weekday)

Working Hours: Retail hours (11:00am – 10:00pm; may leave at 9:00pm if no bookings)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and outgoing Retail Associate to support our VR gaming outlet. This role focuses strongly on customer engagement, service excellence, and active sales conversion.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable approaching customers, promoting VR experiences, and driving bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively approach and engage walk-in shoppers to introduce VR game experiences
Explain and recommend suitable VR packages to customers
Drive sales conversion and achieve outlet sales targets
Manage booking arrangements and payment transactions
Ensure customers have a smooth and enjoyable VR experience
Conduct basic setup and troubleshooting of VR equipment
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet

Requirements

Confident in active customer engagement (not a passive retail role)
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Good communication skills
Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage
Interest in gaming or VR technology is a plus
