• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Monthly Salary: up to $4500 + Allowance + Commission

• Sales Growth – Achieve performance targets, expand distribution reach, and strengthen market presence in the construction sector.
• - Business Development – Identify new opportunities, build networks with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors, and secure new clients.
• - Customer Relationship Management – Maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries with tailored solutions, and provide training or support when needed.
• - Project & Operations Support – Monitor site progress, forecast material needs, and ensure efficient service delivery.
• - Market & Reporting – Track industry trends, prepare reports, and provide insights to management for strategic decision‑making.
• - Negotiation & Accountability – Negotiate terms with dealers and customers, ensuring timely payments and compliance.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or related industry
• Access to own vehicle for work-related travel
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
