We are looking for a customer-focused individual to support customer enquiries and daily operations within our automotive paint protection business.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social channels, phone and walk-ins
- Recommend suitable services and paint protection packages
- Co-ordinate customer’s vehicle booking schedules, receiving andcollection
- Work independently and often unsupervised, to deliver the tasks allocated
- Maintain customer records and operational reports
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Passion for the automotive industry is an advantage
