Job Details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Working hrs: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 6pm, alternate Sat half-day
- Location: Ubi
Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure after-sales support to customers by providing high quality level of customer service (e.g, receive and respond to customer queries, attend to customer needs, replenish refreshment supply)
- Using in-house system to update all booking appointment of servicing and repairs
- Process job order and ensure effective flow of information from customers to workshop and vice versa
- You are to respond promptly and direct customer requests and issues to the designated resource, follow up on customer interactions
- Maintain record of all security passes to ensure rightful collection of serviced car
- You are entrusted to handle cashiering duties, manage and keep proper records of daily payments received
- You will provide assistance and work together with your teammates to improve the customer experience level
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of customer service experience
- You should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer service attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details
- Strong inclination to achieve customer happiness through delivering excellent service, and enjoys interacting with multiple partners to derive solutions for customer issues
