• Able to choose day off

• Support engineers in executing testing activities for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and production projects, ensuring smooth implementation and timely completion of deliverables.
• Perform product testing, analyse test results, and troubleshoot test failures to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with Process and Test Engineers to improve product quality, yield, and overall test performance.
• Maintain accurate test records and documentation for tracking, reporting, and analysis purposes.
• Prepare, review, and update Work Instructions to ensure processes are standardised and aligned with operational requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to Material Handlers and production personnel on updated testing procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational procedures, and ISO requirements.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in a testing, troubleshooting, debugging, or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with electronic, electrical, or system-level testing concepts will be an advantage.
• Basic troubleshooting and debugging skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
