Senior IT Project Manager (6 Months Contract) - Geylang

Job Purpose
The individual will lead the team to review business processes and disaster recovery system capabilities in the company. The individual will be responsible to lead this project team and work closely with the internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of the assessment.The individual will be required to enforce good project management and compliance to the Company's IT project governance and processes.
The Job- Leads the team in executing the project within the target timeline.
- Manage internal IT and business stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct effective sessions with the business stakeholders in reviewing impact of the business processes.
- Perform business process dependencies and identify systems supporting these processes from end-to-end.
- Review the Disaster Recovery system capabilities to ensure it can sustain for a prolonged period with the IT stakeholders.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT or Diploma with Professional Certifications in project management.
- Relevant experience as IT project manager and business analyst roles.
- 10+ years in IT project planning and experience in leading a team.
- Has strong stakeholder management with business and IT.
- Able to engage business stakeholders to review business processes and perform business process mapping to identify the systems supporting these processes.
- Able to review system capabilities and knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery architecture is preferred.
- Experience in business continuity management or exposure with relevant stakeholders in this domain is preferred.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
