ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description & Requirements

Part-Time Admin Assistant

Able to 2 weekdays and 1 weekend

Working Hours:

Weekdays: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Weekends: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Locations:

Bukit Panjan

Sembawang

Compensation:

$10 - $12 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle tuition enquiries
  • Collect payments
  • Photocopy, scan, and file documents
  • Coordinate classes between tutors, parents, and students
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
