Field Service Technician – Full-time / Part-time | Open to Career Switchers

We’re seeking hands-on, tech-savvy individuals to install, support, and troubleshoot payment terminals at merchant locations throughout Singapore. Whether you’re exploring a career switch or seeking flexible work options, CubePay welcomes you!

About the Job

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in our Technical Support Team:

Support merchants by providing training, installation, setup, and upgrades of payment terminals (hardware, software, and network).
Respond to on-site technical support requests when merchants need assistance.
Make scheduled visits to troubleshoot and resolve merchant issues.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high merchant satisfaction.

✅ Requirements

Minimum ITE NITEC or equivalent
Valid Class 3 and/or 2B license
Basic IT/hardware/networking knowledge
Independent, customer-oriented, and willing to travel
Able to support rotational standby - Optional for Part-timer
