We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our Group Marketing Communications team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail assets.

This portfolio includes Paragon, The Clementi Mall, The Woodleigh Mall, and The Rail Mall, managed under a third-party property management contract. Paragon is a premier luxury mall on Orchard Road, offering high-end fashion, lifestyle, and dining across six levels, along with medical suites and office spaces.
The Clementi Mall is a family-focused, five-storey retail hub with anchor stores such as FairPrice Finest and Clementi Public Library. The Woodleigh Mall is an integrated development in Bidadari estate that combines residences, a community club, and a neighbourhood police centre with diverse retail, dining, enrichment, and medical suites.

The Rail Mall is a charming, low-rise lifestyle destination with a unique mix of retail, dining, and services located along Upper Bukit Timah Road.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the key role is responsible for loyalty marketing, digital and social media, international marketing, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will drive integrated marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, elevate brand presence, and foster growth across local and international markets.

Job Scope:

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive rewards program to drive customer acquisition, boost retention, and increase conversion rates. Oversee a full-scale revamp of the rewards program across all touchpoints—digital platforms and physical assets—to elevate user experience and maximize member engagement.
  • Lead data-driven customer insights and analytics, translating findings into actionable strategies that elevate customer experience and engagement across key touchpoints.
  • Develop and foster strategic alliances within the value chain, using data-backed insights to create high-impact, mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance the mall’s brand value and customer offerings.
  • Set vision and strategy for digital and social media marketing, focusing on performance-driven growth and ensuring the use of innovative approaches to drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue.
  • Drive content and platform strategy, optimizing engagement and reach across digital channels through a customer-centric approach to amplify brand visibility and effectiveness.
  • Formulate and execute international marketing strategies, leveraging market insights and opportunities for collaborative campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across regions.
  • Lead standardization and development of SOPs across properties, ensuring best practices and process alignment to elevate operational consistency and service excellence.
  • Champion marketing automation and process optimization initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency across the marketing function.
  • Oversee comprehensive budget management, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, cost-effectiveness, compliance, and quality standards adherence.
  • Strategically manage corporate communications and media relations, building and maintaining a positive brand reputation through proactive communication strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive expertise in integrated marketing disciplines, with a strategic approach to planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently, demonstrating resilience and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a proven record of fostering cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
  • Preferred experience in data analysis and advanced learning techniques, with an ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of guiding and mentoring teams to achieve high performance and professional growth.
