Process Engineer

Introduction: The Process Engineer is responsible for statistical process control (SPC), yield monitoring, process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to ensure stable, high‑yield manufacturing. This role supports day‑to‑day production, new process/equipment qualification, and cross‑functional improvement initiatives.

Your Job:

  • Perform SPC monitoring and first‑level troubleshooting
  • Support data analysis, chart reviews, and routine process checks
  • Participate in DOE runs, process matching, and tool qualification activities
  • Learn and apply fab procedures, SPC rules, and escalation protocols
  • Support documentation, CAS updates, and engineering reports
  • Actively build competency in: SPC / ESPC interpretation Yield analysis Process flow understanding

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Chemical/ Microelectronics/ Material Science Engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering
  • Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
  • Perform Normal / Swing Shift
