Process Engineer

Introduction: The Process Engineer is responsible for statistical process control (SPC), yield monitoring, process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to ensure stable, high‑yield manufacturing. This role supports day‑to‑day production, new process/equipment qualification, and cross‑functional improvement initiatives.
Your Job:
- Perform SPC monitoring and first‑level troubleshooting
- Support data analysis, chart reviews, and routine process checks
- Participate in DOE runs, process matching, and tool qualification activities
- Learn and apply fab procedures, SPC rules, and escalation protocols
- Support documentation, CAS updates, and engineering reports
- Actively build competency in: SPC / ESPC interpretation Yield analysis Process flow understanding
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Chemical/ Microelectronics/ Material Science Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
- Perform Normal / Swing Shift
