About the role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team at Clean Now Singapore Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Central Region and will play a crucial part in driving new business growth and expanding our client base.
What you'll be doing- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and pain points
- Generating qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach activities
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiating and closing new business deals within set targets and timelines
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the cleaning industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different client needs
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales situations
- Highly motivated, self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets
- Familiarity with the new business development landscape and trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
