Your new role Lead the execution of IPOs, RTOs, Privatisation, Fund

Raising and other corporate finance transactions Lead the execution of merger & acquisition financial advisory transactions Assist the Head of Investment Banking in the origination, marketing and evaluation of potential deals What you'll need to succeed Recognised Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Accountancy or any related discipline 8 to 10 years of corporate finance experience Have experience in leading IPO executions where the bank acted as "Issue Manager" or Sponsor" in the IPO Have M&A execution experience for both listed and unlisted clients Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external stakeholders What you'll get in return
