Assistant Relationship Manager - Bukit Merah
Responsibilities:
Assist a team of Relationship Manager (RMs) on all aspects of client service, operational, and administrative support.
Ensure that all client requests are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements.
Understand client requirements and assist RMs in daily maintenance of account relationships.
Assist the RMs in managing and monitoring client’s portfolios including updating of portfolio positions to mainly Chinese speaking clients.
Receive and execute client orders including but not limited to cash settlement, securities, bonds, structure products, derivative, loans and FX transactions.
Assist with banking documentation, account opening, handling of account servicing related requests, cash settlement and transaction processing.
Prepare and handle account opening documents in compliance with AML requirement.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and get things well done
- Ability to think independently and work proactively with clients and RMs
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
- Comply with company operating procedures - SOP
- Meticulous, with an eye for detail and excellence
- 1-2 years of work experience as Assistant Relationship Manager or trading order experience
- Fluent in English and Chinese (or Mandarin)
- Client service experience
- Banking and Finance: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
