Marketing Executive - Geylang

Job Responsibilities

We're looking for an outgoing, energetic, and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team and lead our brand and digital presence to new heights. As our Marketing Executive, you will be key in shaping the company's brand image, online visibility, and marketing strategy.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Company Branding & Marketing Strategy

• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
• Ensure consistent brand messaging & create engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral to promote our products and services across all platforms (FB, Instagram & TikTok)
• Monitoring and analysing marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and implementing innovative marketing strategies

1. Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok , etc) with engaging content.
• Create and schedule posts, stories, and reels showcasing projects, design tips, and company updates.
• Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for better engagement and conversions.
• Manage and grow social media communities with engaging posts and timely responses.
• Create Blog articles, captions, and newsletters for visual content.

1. In House Marketing Activities

• Support marketing needs for new projects, events or campaigns
• Organize and coordinate projects photo/ video shoots
• Performing minor administrative duties such as data entry, document organization, and general office support
• Distributing leads efficiently to the designer team based on availability and project fit
• Managing and coordinating with vendors to maintain good relationships
• Organizing and coordinating company events, monthly meetings, and team activities, including venue booking, catering, and logistics

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing, role, preferably within in marketing industry
• Diploma / Degree in marketing or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
• Must be outgoing, people oriented and confident in presenting and engaging with others.
• Creative and analytical mindset with a passion for data driven decision making
• The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin) is a bonus
