People Experience & Culture Manager (4-5 months maternity cover) - Part Time

We are looking for a People Experience & Culture professional to join us on a 4-5-months maternity cover. In this role, you will partner closely with Group Operating Companies (OpCos) and internal stakeholders to translate insights into meaningful action.

You will play a key role in driving our continuous listening agenda, supporting culture and engagement initiatives, advancing our wellness and DEI efforts, and shaping workplace experiences that bring our culture to life across the Group.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can effectively connect data-driven insights with execution, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate confidently with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pulse Survey Launch & Insights Analysis
  • Partner with OpCos to plan, launch, and manage pulse surveys across the Group.
  • Monitor participation rates, troubleshoot survey rollout issues, and ensure timely execution.
  • Support analysis of survey results, identify key themes, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  1. Workplace Experience & Design (Culture Through Spaces)
  • Support initiatives that enhance workplace design and experience in alignment with BIG culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., facilities, workplace experience, communications) to improve physical and experiential work environments that reinforce culture.
  1. Internal Talent Marketplace Strategy & Adoption
  • Support the strategy and day-to-day management of the Internal Talent Marketplace, enabling employees to build belonging, contribute meaningfully, and grow through internal opportunities.
  • Partner with OpCos to roll out targeted campaigns and initiatives (e.g., themed opportunities, success stories, manager toolkits) to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Track platform performance metrics, gather user and stakeholder feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve participation and experience.
  • Coordinate communications and enablement efforts to support effective usage by employees and managers.
  1. Wellness & DEI Initiatives
  • Support the planning and coordination of wellness and DEI programmes, working with stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Assist OpCos in driving participation through clear communications, practical toolkits, and engaging storytelling.
  • Gather feedback and participation data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in employee engagement, culture, or internal communications.
  • Comfortable working with data and insights, including survey analysis and theme identification.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and business units (Group and OpCos).
  • A clear and effective communicator with a collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.

  • Location: Serangoon - shuttle buses pick-up from MRT stations (AMK, Kovan, Serangoon)
