Responsibilities:
- Support and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, collaborating with external agencies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, ensuring reliable data tracking.
- Own website performance from a marketing perspective, focusing on improving enquiry and conversion rates.
- Identify optimization opportunities through testing, targeting, and messaging strategies.
- Plan and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage with users who didn't convert.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to gain insights on lead quality and conversion trends.
- Execute email campaigns aimed at lead nurturing, re-engagement, and promotions.
- Align marketing strategies with customer needs and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to effectively execute marketing campaigns.
- Provide support for broader marketing initiatives and improvements as required.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads either directly or through agencies.
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Experience with email marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
