Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels like cold calling, emailing, networking, or referrals.
• Sales Presentations:Delivering presentations to showcase the value and benefits of products or services to potential and existing clients.
• Negotiation and Closing:Convincing customers to purchase by negotiating favorable terms and closing deals.
• Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
• Customer Service:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Order Processing and Sales Reporting:Handling customer orders, processing sales transactions, and preparing sales reports to track performance.
