We are representing a multinational electronics consumer goods company, a leader in innovation and lifestyle technology solutions, on a confidential search for a Supply Chain Director. With APAC continuing to be a core growth driver, the business is investing in end-to-end supply chain transformation to ensure speed, resilience, and customer satisfaction across markets.

• Lead the APAC supply chain organisation, covering demand & supply planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
• Oversee the regional S&OP processes, ensuring forecast accuracy and product availability across retail, e-commerce, and channel partners.
• Drive digitialisation initiatives (automation, advanced analytics, AI-driven planning tools) to strengthen operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with global HQ and regional business leaders to align supply chain strategies with growth priorities.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing regional supply chain teams across multiple markets.

• 15+ years' experience in supply chain leadership, with a strong background in electronics, consumer goods, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage multi-market operations and complex distribution networks.
• Track record of driving end-to-end supply chain transformation with measurable impact on cost, agility, and customer service.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence both global stakeholders and local market teams.
