What You’ll Be Doing- Liaise with clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle documentation, submissions, and follow-ups
- Keep digital and physical records organised and updated
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Are organised, responsible, and communicate clearly
- Are comfortable with Microsoft Office (Canva is a bonus!)
- Have prior admin or insurance experience — helpful but not required
- Enjoy staying on top of tasks and checking things off your list
- Are a positive, reliable team player
