Event Marketing Intern (Energy Events) - 5-month Internship | June – October 2026 | Singapore

At Clarion Events, we run large-scale energy events that bring together industry leaders from across the region. And we’re looking for an Event Marketing Intern to join us and get hands-on experience in the world of B2B events.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Work Directly with Sponsors & Exhibitors- Liaise with brands to collect logos, profiles, ads, and digital assets.
- Help them maximise their visibility through our marketing channels.
- Track deadlines and make sure everything is delivered on time (yes, you’ll become timeline-savvy).
- Prepare marketing kits and sponsor guidelines.
You’ll gain real client-facing experience not just internal tasks.
Be Part of the Marketing Machine- Support digital campaigns and promotional rollouts.
- Assist with coordination of sponsor marketing benefits.
- Help out pre-event, onsite, and post-event (yes, you’ll see the event come to life).
- Support ad-hoc marketing tasks.
You’ll see how large-scale regional events are built from the inside out.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is curious about events, marketing, partnerships, or brand building.
- Is organised and low-key loves ticking things off a to-do list.
- Can juggle multiple deadlines without panicking.
- Communicates confidently (email, calls, internal chats — you’ll do it all).
- Knows their way around PowerPoint & Excel (or is willing to learn fast).
- Has a proactive, “I’ll figure it out” mindset.
- Real-world B2B marketing experience.
- Client management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Exposure to regional energy industry players.
- A stronger portfolio + stories for your next job interview.
- Confidence managing responsibilities independently.
