Investment Analyst - Toa Payoh

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-potential analyst to join our Wealth Management & Trading team. This role offers a unique blend of exposure to HNW client advisory, cross-asset trading strategies, data analytics, and business development. You will work directly with senior leadership to support portfolio management, generate new client leads, and build tools that enhance investment decision-making.

Key Responsibility:

• Assist with onboarding of new HNW clients, ensuring smooth setup and compliance processes.
• Support portfolio reviews and investment proposals across bonds, equities, ETFs, and options.
• Track market developments, generate investment ideas, and support product structuring.

• Help identify and pursue potential HNW client leads through research, referrals, and prospecting.
• Support the organization of webinars, in-person events, and client education sessions to drive lead generation and engagement.
• Collaborate on marketing content, pitchbooks, and investment narratives.

• Use Python to analyze financial data and market trends, with a focus on time series modeling and portfolio analytics.
• Build and maintain internal dashboards and automation tools for trade and performance tracking.
• Back-test strategies and support the development of investment models and structured ideas.

• Liaise with operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Participate in product innovation discussions and enhancements to our digital wealth platform.

• 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or trading
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, or related fields
• Solid understanding of financial products, including bonds, equities, ETFs, and basic options
• Working knowledge of Python for financial/data analysis (e.g. pandas, NumPy, matplotlib)
• Familiarity with time series analysis and portfolio performance metrics
• Strong communication skills and a flair for client interaction and presentation.
• A self-starter with a growth mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Event planning or client engagement experience is a plus.
