• Pursue new commercial projects and markets to optimize company assets and achieve sales targets.
• Conducting research to identify potential markets, trends, and customer needs within the office design & renovation industry.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify potential customers and projects.
• Initiate customer visits, perform site surveys.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Follow up and negotiate with customers while adhering to company pricing policies.
• Coordinate with Operations Department and customers on project executions.
• Manage project costing, prepare quotation based on clients’ requirements
• Project managing. Site Supervision. Work Schedule within timeline
• Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work is smooth.
• Able to travel to site during renovation period
• Responds to clients’ email/tele enquires in a timely and professional manner

• Candidates with GCE O-Level and above or relevant courses will be considered
• Or minimum 1 year experience preference
• Knowledge in Photoshop & AutoCAD (preferred but not necessary)
• Committed, driven and self-motivated
• Responsible and team player.
• Possess a positive & vibrant personality, creative with an eye for detail
• Able to see job through from concept to execution
• Meticulous, passionate, good communicator, excellent time management
