A Customer Service Officer in an anchor operator preschool is responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience for parents, students, and visitors. They also handle administrative tasks related to enrollment, finance, and general operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:Meet and greet parents, students, and visitors.
- - Provide information about school fees, programs, and policies.
- - Handle inquiries from existing and new parents through various channels (calls, emails, walk-ins).
- - Resolve customer complaints and issues.
- - Administrative Support:Maintain a waiting list and follow up with parents on enrollment.
- - Prepare and manage orientation sessions for new enrollments.
- - Handle general clerical duties and support operational workflows.
- - Maintain student records and files.
- - Finance:Issue invoices (e.g., first-time payments, uniform purchases).
- - Check and reconcile monthly fee invoices.
- - Manage monthly GIRO deduction listings and update payments.
- - Handle petty cash.
- - Enrolment and Student Management:Coordinate with parents for enrollment procedures.
- - Manage student records and files.
- - Assist with orientation programs for new students.
- - Operational Support:Assist with the storage and organization of stationery and uniforms.
- - Support the overall operational workflow of the preschool.
- - Assist with procurement of school supplies and equipment.
- - Customer Relationship Management:Identify and address customer needs and expectations.
- - Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
- - Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all stakeholders.
- Additional Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about inquiry-based learning.
