Recruiter (In-house | 6 Months Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end mass hiring recruitment activities, which includes selection of candidates, offer and documentation
  • Enable timely recruitment through setup and management of hiring schedule against target onboarding requirement
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing activities for the attraction of applicants
  • Guide and manage outsourced support staff on execution of select recruitment activities
  • Management, execution and facilitation of interview sessions
  • Utilize Application Tracking System and related applications for management of candidate progress and status
  • Ensure accuracy of information captured
  • Ensure timely update to internal stakeholders through regular communication which includes standard update platforms to leadership
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and support
  • Ensure compliance with PDPA, legal, safety, and organizational standards

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in high-volume or mass recruitment with uniformed services or government agencies will be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, particularly in emergency services or public safety
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools will be advantage
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
Working Hours / Location
  • Mon – Thu, 8.30am – 6pm ; Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Changi Airport
  • 6 Months Maternity Contract
