Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end mass hiring recruitment activities, which includes selection of candidates, offer and documentation
- Enable timely recruitment through setup and management of hiring schedule against target onboarding requirement
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing activities for the attraction of applicants
- Guide and manage outsourced support staff on execution of select recruitment activities
- Management, execution and facilitation of interview sessions
- Utilize Application Tracking System and related applications for management of candidate progress and status
- Ensure accuracy of information captured
- Ensure timely update to internal stakeholders through regular communication which includes standard update platforms to leadership
- Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and support
- Ensure compliance with PDPA, legal, safety, and organizational standards
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in high-volume or mass recruitment with uniformed services or government agencies will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, particularly in emergency services or public safety
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools will be advantage
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
- Mon – Thu, 8.30am – 6pm ; Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Changi Airport
- 6 Months Maternity Contract
