Warehouse Operations Executive

Beehive Fulfillment is a 3PL e-commerce fulfillment service provider in Singapore. Helping e-commerce businesses with inventory storage, pick and pack, local delivery and customer returns management etc., we enable sellers, both local and international, to capitalize on the rapidly growing e-commerce market in Singapore, Southeast Asia and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the Warehouse Management System on computer and handheld device (training will be provided)
• Receive incoming shipments, check quantity and condition of items received
• Label products where required and put away at designated locations of the warehouse
• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate with couriers and external delivery service providers to facilitate smooth dispatch or receipt of parcels / shipments
• Manage online shops as required
• Office administrative duties
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Team player with good communication skills. Responsible and take ownership for work done.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
• Well versed with MS Office applications.
• Prior work experience with ecommerce warehouse / logistics industry will be an advantage.
