Sales Executive - Tampines

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential and existing customers through proactive outreach, including calls and meetings.
- Customer Service & Support: Understand and anticipate customers’ needs by addressing their inquiries and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales goals set by the company through effective selling strategies and customer relationship management.
- Quotations & Follow-ups: Prepare and present quotations to customers, and diligently follow up to secure sales.
- Reporting: Submit detailed sales reports and customer survey forms to track progress and improve performance.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws and ethical codes through regular training and compliance checks.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the trade industry is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are welcome to apply.
