Geylang - URGENT: Quality Manager - Civil Construction

• Develop, implement and monitor quality assurance and control processes to meet project specifications and industry regulations
• Lead a team of quality inspectors and coordinate their activities to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Conduct site inspections, audits and testing to validate construction work and materials comply with quality standards
• Maintain detailed quality records and documentation to support regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with project managers, construction leads and other stakeholders to proactively address quality concerns
• Identify opportunities to improve quality management systems and implement innovative solutions
• Provide expert guidance and training to site personnel on quality control best practices

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality in the civil construction industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality assurance and control programs
• Strong understanding of construction standards, regulations and quality requirements specific to the industry
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex quality issues
• Ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team of quality inspectors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
