- Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Supervise the daily operations of dining rooms, banquet spaces, or F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Staff Supervision & Training: Manage, train, and guide F&B staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards, hygiene rules, and operational procedures.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with managing budgets, tracking income and expenses, and preparing financial reports to ensure the F&B operations are profitable.
- Inventory & Purchasing: Oversee stock requisition, collection, and replenishment, and assist with ordering and purchasing F&B products.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a high standard of service, address customer complaints promptly, and implement promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and service quality in dining areas.
- Compliance: Ensure operations comply with established policies, quality standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in F&B operations
- Able to commit on weekends or Public Holidays
