About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin cum Purchasing professional to join our team at Hock Soon Lee Furniture Industries Pte Ltd, located in the East Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial administrative and purchasing role, supporting the smooth operations of our furniture manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling a wide range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and general office management tasks
  • Assisting with the purchasing process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, placing orders, and tracking inventory
  • Liaising with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient procurement of materials and supplies
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities
  • Providing administrative support to the management team as needed
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or purchasing role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
