Supply Planner (World Renown Chemical MNC / Tuas)

Working Hours: Normal office hours (Mon to Fri)

About the Role:

You will be the key link between production, procurement, and regional planning to ensure raw materials and active ingredients are available for smooth manufacturing. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with EHS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply & Inventory Planning

• Plan co-formulants and active ingredients in Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Optimize inventory levels considering production campaigns and shelf life.
• Coordinate with procurement and order management teams for timely supply.

1. Production & Supply Chain Coordination

• Collaborate with regional supply chain, production, and quality teams for production planning.
• Review and adjust delivery dates according to production plan changes.
• Track shipments, manage open POs, and support new material activation.

1. Safety & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with site safety and EHS standards.
• Support continuous improvement to drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Chemical, or related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years in manufacturing environment, with experience in supply planning or production scheduling.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) is a plus.
• Knowledge of chemical/process manufacturing and safety standards.
