Personal Assistant (Family Office/Private Household)
- Location : Singapore | Overseas Travelling Required
- Working hours : 11am to 7pm (Flexible) | Monday to Friday (Overtime required as per Boss’s schedule – OT payable)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Travel Allowance / Expenses* + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to travelling executives, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups across time zones.
- Arrange international and domestic travel, itineraries, and logistics.
- Handle confidential documents, emails, and correspondence with absolute discretion.
- Assist with household and personal tasks, including home maintenance, individual appointments, and errands.
- Support family office administration and light project work.
Requirements:
- Prior PA / secretarial experience preferred, with strong organisation skills, proactiveness, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while remaining calm and polished under pressure.
- Reliable, discreet, and service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to support across different time zones.
- Ability to support specific household preferences, dietary protocols, and culturally sensitive service requirements will be an advantage
