- As part of the kitchen crew, your job responsibilities includes ?:
- Assist in the preparation of food according to recipe cards, guests' dietary restrictions and preference and according to photographs
- Assist in food preparation in all areas as and when directed
- Able to deliver food items on time with consistent standard & presentations
- Coordinate food production, stock and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and standard of work station, including kitchen equipments
- Engage in consistent food quality checks in terms of temperature and taste.
- Meticulous preparation of food to be served to our guests
- Maintain portion control to reduce spoilage and wastage
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience
- High willingness to learn
- Seeking career growth
- Motivated team player, good communication skills.
