As a Recruitment Consultant (Cantonese Speaking) at Tenth Revolution Group, you will play a crucial role in our global IT recruitment firm. What you'll be doing- Developing and managing a portfolio of high-profile clients in the IT sector
- Identifying and attracting top talent to meet our clients' hiring needs
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Conducting in-depth candidate screening and interviews
- Providing expert advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Continuously expanding your network and generating new business opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient recruitment solutions
- Proven track record in IT recruitment, ideally within a similar global recruitment firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak Cantonese fluently
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Proactive and driven approach to achieving targets and delivering results
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent
