About the role
A QC Inspector role involving visual and dimensional inspections of products to verify that dimensions meet specified tolerances.
Key responsibilities- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products
- Operate measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Thread Gauge, Pin Gauge) to verify dimensions that meet specified tolerances
- Prepare and maintain QC reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- GCE N/O, NTC level or Form 5
- Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and symbols
- Experience in operating and programming CMM equipment for dimensional measurements and inspection analysis is an advantage
- Able to communicate simple English, work independently and in a team
- 5.5 days' work week and willing to work overtime
- Availability for 2 months rotating day/night shift
