Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness, product launches, and other key initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Market Research:

• Actively research about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Conduct internal and external market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate between various stakeholders involved, logistics, program flow and briefing to ensure events align with overall marketing strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing with a focus on campaign and event management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Preferably with experience in a retail environment.
• Partially deskbound and field-based responsibilities.
