Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily customer service operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Support sales and operations teams in executing daily tasks and achieving performance goals.
• Promote high standards of customer service and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve service-related complaints professionally and effectively.
• Perform billing functions, including invoicing and inventory management.
• Liaise with suppliers and transport partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Handle escalations involving stock discrepancies, delays, or damages.
• Process and monitor customer orders using WMS, coordinating with warehouse and transport teams for timely dispatch.
• Manage customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with supervisors to implement changes.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and partners to ensure timely fulfillment of scheduled deliveries.
• Ensure all activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the freight forwarding or warehousing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Proficiency in WMS is an added advantage
