Job Summary:
Follow ESD-safe handling procedures
Accurately record production data, test results, and component traceability information

We are looking for a detailoriented and reliable Production Operator to join our laser production team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and packaging of laser modules, ensuring high product quality and consistent output in accordance with production schedules.
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Aircon environment
Key Responsibilities: Operate equipment and tools to assemble laser modules and components according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Perform visual and functional inspections during the assembly process to ensure quality standards are metFollow ESD-safe handling procedures
Accurately record production data, test results, and component traceability information
Work closely with engineers and supervisors to improve production efficiency and resolve quality issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with 5S and safety guidelines
Support inventory control by reporting material usage and shortages
Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Prior experience in electronics or precision assembly is an advantage
Basic understanding of mechanical and electronic assembly techniquesAbility to follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
