Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end execution of projects, system enhancements, and initiatives for equity and wealth-related business across regional platforms, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and quality standards.
2. Develop project plans, documentation, and process diagrams to track progress and support cross-functional communication.
3. Raise and review user stories, follow up on progress, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with manual and automation teams within timelines.
4. Collaborate with design teams on workflows, screen designs, and specifications aligned with business requirements.
5. Review narratives, sprint plans, and test strategies with technology teams to ensure accurate delivery of specifications.
6. Monitor platform performance, analyze data, and drive optimization initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
7. Apply structured thinking and strategic planning to solve business and technical challenges.
8. Oversee rollout of wealth and investment services on internet and mobile platforms, ensuring smooth deployment.
9. Develop and maintain user guides and documentation to support platform adoption.
10. Support post-implementation activities including training, issue investigation, escalation, and resolution.
11. Work with product and marketing teams to drive platform adoption, revenue, and customer acquisition.
12. Handle daily equity trading inquiries from Relationship Managers, providing platform guidance and support.
13. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks with a proactive, self-starter approach.
14. Ensure ongoing system stability and resolve operational issues effectively.
15. Ensure production issues are resolved within SLA and follow through on closures, backlogs, and fixes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 1–2 years of relevant experience (Consumer Banking, Mobile/Internet Banking, or investment products preferred).
2. Good understanding of equity markets, trading principles, and investment operations.
3. Experience in project execution, requirements gathering, and business analysis with close stakeholder interaction.
4. Strong IT background, preferably with exposure to system implementation, portfolio platforms, or tools like Avaloq.
5. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills across business, operations, and technical teams.
7. Self-motivated, independent, and able to multitask effectively.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
