Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Intern (AI-Driven)
Location: Singapore (Remote or Hybrid) Duration: 3–6 Months
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and tech-forward Marketing Intern to support our growing ecosystem, including our skincare brand and our Multi-Channel Network (MCN) operations. You won’t just be "doing social media"—you will be leveraging AI tools to scale content, managing influencer relationships, and helping us bridge the gap between the Singapore and Indonesia markets.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation & AI Strategy: Assist in generating high-quality marketing copy, scripts, and visual concepts using AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney).
- MCN & Influencer Coordination: Help identify, vet, and outreach to rising KOLs in the beauty and lifestyle space. Maintain our creator database and track campaign performance.
- Social Media Management: Manage daily postings and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram (Reels), and Xiaohongshu.
- Market Research: Conduct weekly "social buzz" reports on skincare trends in Indonesia vs. Singapore and track competitor MCN strategies.
- E-commerce Support: Assist in managing product listings and backend operations for platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Digital Native: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms.
- AI Proficiency: You should be comfortable using AI for brainstorming, drafting, or image generation.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Mindset: A "hustler" mentality. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid to test new, "crazy" content ideas.
- Tools: Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and basic Google Sheets/Excel.
- Direct mentorship from the founder.
- Hands-on experience in two high-growth industries: Skincare/E-commerce and Creator Economy (MCN).
- Learning how to use AI to do the work of a marketing team.
