Senior Operations Executive/Team Lead - Edible oil

We are partnering with a well-established Agri-commodities trading company with a strong presence in key global markets. They are now looking for a dedicated Senior Operations Executive/ Team Lead to join the team and support their expanding edible oil portfolio.

• Manage end-to-end execution of edible oil trade contracts
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, inspection agencies, and storage facilities to ensure smooth execution of shipments
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, BLs, COO etc.)
• Monitor vessel schedules, cargo movements, and manage inventory and delivery time lines
• Work closely with traders, finance, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, deliveries, claims, and operational costs

• Relevant experience in commodity operations, preferably in edible oils (palm, soybean, sunflower, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of trade documentation, Incoterms, and shipping/logistics procedures
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with LC documentation and ERP systems is an advantage
