As a Recruitment Consultant at RecruitFirst, you'll play a key role in helping businesses meet their hiring needs across temp, contract, and perm roles. This is a 360 role that blends recruitment, client management, and talent strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting, sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
- Support high-volume hiring projects and workforce deployment.
- Assist with onboarding, salary negotiation, and offer coordination.

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client/candidate interactions.
