Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to work closely with the founder and team to develop high-impact content and grow our online presence.

This role focuses on building the founder’s personal brand while also supporting the brand’s content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.

Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and execute content for the founder and brand (TikTok, Instagram, ads)
• Manage and curate IG feed, including planning and scheduling posts
• Brainstorm and develop content ideas that are engaging, relevant, and high-converting
• Shoot and edit short-form videos independently (CapCut or similar tools)
• Write hooks, captions, and scripts that drive engagement and sales
• Work closely with the founder during shoots (direction, angles, delivery)
• Turn daily moments, business journeys, and behind-the-scenes into content
• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to content
• Host or co-host live sessions on Shopee, TikTok, and Instagram (when required)
• Track content performance and improve based on what works

Requirements:

• Strong experience in content creation (TikTok / Instagram)
• Able to shoot, edit, and execute content independently
• Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, etc.)
• Good sense of storytelling, trends, and viral content
• Confident and comfortable in front of the camera
• Proactive, creative, and able to work fast
• Strong portfolio (personal or brand content)
